Italian Chestnut Bread


1 1/4 cups of Chestnut Flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 1/4 cups of Water

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tablespoons Pine Nuts

1/2 tablespoon of fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon of Caraway seeds

1 tablespoon of sesame seeds



Mix the chestnut flour, salt, water with a tablespoon of the olive oil in a small bowl. This will form a thin batter.

Oil a 300mm pizza dish and pour in the batter, spreading it out evenly.

Top with the pine nuts, rosemary, caraway and sesame seeds, drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Bake at for approximately 20 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown and the surface is a little crispy.
